Return/Exchange Policy
Returns/exchange is allowed within 7 days of receipt
in the following conditions;

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached along with original invoice.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: body suits and intimate apparels like lingeries.
3. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned. These includes items on promotions and flash sales.
4. If you received wrong or damaged items, please notify our customer service within 24 hours upon receiving the items so you will be guided accordingly.

Please do not send your returns in the address found on the package. Our customer service will guide you once your querry is eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping fee is shouldered by the customer.
